Steve has over twenty five years experience as a senior manager, project manager, and management consultant. His consulting experience includes leading and facilitating major organisational change and improvement initiatives in the public, private, not-for-profit, and higher education sectors. This includes strategic and business planning, implementation of performance management frameworks, executive coaching, organisational reviews and restructures, and service delivery improvement initiatives. Steve has a passion for releasing the potential in organisations through developing and aligning roles, processes and capabilities with organisational vision and mission.
Steve has a degree in Business Management, with certificates in quality improvement and quality technology, and is an accredited facilitator in the Team Management Profile (TMP), and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). He is an active member of the Australian Institute of Management Consultants.
Leonie has a PhD in psychology specialising in organisational change, and has twenty years of experience in management and consulting roles. Leonie has previously held senior management positions within the university and state government sectors, and has worked in senior consulting roles for respected and award-winning consultancy firms.
Leonie is passionate about assisting organisations and teams to achieve successful change and improve performance through applying proven people management and psychology principles. She is a highly accomplished change advisor, facilitator, and leadership coach.
Leonie is an adjunct lecturer and accredited supervisor of PhD and Masters-level business psychology students, at Griffith University. She is also currently Managing Director at Soteris Pty Ltd (specialising in the psychology of safety at work).
