is a Brisbane-based management consultancy with significant experience built over many years. We have the capacity to assist with large and small-scale organisational change and performance improvement initiatives. We have wide experience in working across the public, private, higher education, and not-for-profit sectors.
We are preferred providers of management consulting services to many organisations including government agencies. More than 80% of our work is derived through direct referrals from satisfied clients who have seen measurable outcomes from our work.

Our Directors and Lead Consultants
Our Directors are experienced consultants who have more than 30 years collective experience in management consulting. They also have experience as senior and executive managers, drawing on practical leadership and management experience when working with clients.

Leonie Horrigan
PhD BBehSc (Hons) MAPS
DIRECTOR
Dr Leonie Horrigan is a business psychologist with a PhD in psychology. Leonie is accredited in the Human Synergistics LSI, Hogan Leadership Assessments, Acceptance and Commitment Training, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Myers-Briggs-Type Indicator (MBTI), the Team Management System (TMS). Leonie specialises in organisation reviews, organisational change strategy and implementation, executive coaching, and facilitation.
Leonie has previously held senior management positions in the higher education and state government sectors. She also worked for well-regarded and award-winning consultancy firms prior to becoming a founding Director of People and Performance Consulting. She is an Adjunct Senior Lecturer and Accredited Supervisor for Griffith University. Leonie’s clients include Queensland State government agencies, local government in Queensland and NSW, top-ranking universities in Queensland and Perth, and global private sector companies.

Steve Turner

Steve Turner holds a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in HRM with Certificates in Quality Improvement and Quality Technology through AOQ. Steve is accredited in the Magerison McCann Team Management System (TMS), and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
Steve is the National President of the Institute of Management Consultants Australia and is also a certified professional member of the Australian Human Resources Institute. He is highly regarded for his work in organisational design and performance and is a sought-after executive coach.
Steve previously worked as a senior management consultant for highly successful consultancies nationally. He has wide senior and middle management experience spanning a twenty-five-year period. Steve’s clients cover the government, higher education, not-for-profit and private sectors. His recent clients include large state government authorities and agencies, local government, major universities and large not-for-profit organisations across aged and disability care, and child care services.
