Director Steve Turner is a highly experienced management consultant with more than 30 years senior management and consulting experience. When working with his clients, Steve draws on his extensive management and consulting experience across a range of government and industry sectors.

Steve Turner holds a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in HRM with Certificates in Quality Improvement and Quality Technology through AOQ. Steve is accredited in the Magerison McCann Team Management System (TMS), and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
Steve is a past National President of the Institute of Management Consultants Australia, he is a Certified Managment Consultant (CMC) , and is also a certified professional member of the Australian Human Resources Institute. He is highly regarded for his work in organisational design and performance and is a sought-after executive coach.
Steve previously worked as a senior management consultant for highly successful consultancies nationally. He has wide senior and middle management experience spanning a twenty-five-year period. Steve’s clients cover the government, higher education, not-for-profit and private sectors. His recent clients include large state government authorities and agencies, local government, major universities and large not-for-profit organisations across aged, disability, and child care services.

Ken has a successful record delivering stakeholder value by helping owners, executives and leaders build clearer, more competitive and scalable businesses. He specialises in establishing, refreshing and chairing strategic advisory boards, executive mentoring, managing accountability, corporate governance, business planning and analysis, and developing innovative business models and initiatives.
Ken is the Managing Director of Modus Management, is a Certified Management Consultant and National Vice President of the Institute of Management Consultants, and a Certified Advisory Board Chair and Fellow of the Advisory Board Centre.
